Hardcore star Whitney Wright has made her directorial debut over at Pure Taboo. She has written and directed Pure Taboo’s brand new Lesbian Revenge series and the debut episode “Parent-Teacher Trap” stars Mile High Media all-girl contract star Alexis Fawx, Kendra James and Mackenzie Moss. I am super happy that Wright has taken this leap and this new series looks fucking amazing. Wright is a beautiful, talented and very creative woman and here is what she had to say about her new work.
Hello, Whitney! How are you doing? How are things?
“Things are great! I’m staying busy and channeling all my free time to pre-production for Lesbian Revenge and my other directing endeavors. So I’m staying busy!”
Congrats on your writing and directorial debut for Pure Taboo’s new Lesbian Revenge series! How does it feel to have it out there for people to see and watch?
“It feels great! I was anxious to see the member’s reactions to the first episode and they loved it! I couldn’t be happier with the positive feedback I received from the members and my peers!”![]()
What did you enjoy most about making this project? Will you be directing more in the future?
“I really enjoyed getting to give the actors their character bios. I sent out to them days before the shoot for them to study their character and seeing them bring their characters to life. I love giving the performers the tools they need for their characters and seeing how far they take them.”
What inspired you to create Lesbian Revenge?
“Bree Mills approached me with the idea and said that she wanted me to direct the entire series. We both have similar eyes for certain shots, films, etc. and she trusted me to direct the entire thing and bring my ideas to life via Lesbian Revenge.”![]()
How did you cast this series? Did you have certain performers in mind for certain roles?
“The casting is done by the combined efforts of Gamma and myself. :)”
How was working with Bree Mills on this? What do you enjoy most about what she brings to her productions?
“I got to work with her on the first episode. I shadowed that day while she showed me the ropes and how the typical day goes, and what she tends to look for and pay attention to. I love how Bree looks at the details and puts 110% into each movie she makes. She’s passionate about what she does and that kind of energy is contagious.”![]()
What do you love most about the Pure Taboo website? It has some super edgy stuff….
“I love edgy. I love weird. I love when the actors are proud of their performance and step up to the bat to give a solid, believable, moving scene before the sex ever even begins. I love how they stay in character throughout the sex as well. That’s the kind of porn that I personally enjoy watching, so I love that I’m getting to make it now.”
Your 4th of July gangbang for Pure Taboo directed by Joanna Angel was super hot! What did you enjoy most about that day?
“I enjoyed the visual motifs of the film, like the red, white, and blue. I represent America. My family who gangbanged me represent the four horsemen of the apocalypse–Conquest, War, Famine, and Death. ;)”![]()
So what else is coming up for you?
“I’ve directed two more episodes of Lesbian Revenge since the first one and I’m getting ready to do the fourth one in a couple of weeks. I’m also getting ready to direct my first feature for the other company I direct for, Missa X! So, a ton of exciting stuff is coming up!”
